What workout routine should I do with an iron gym pull up bar?

I’m 17 years old, 6′0 tall, weigh 143 lbs and athletic. I want to build strength and muscles and I have an iron gym pull up bar to work with which I heard works really well. Any workout routines that anyone can help me out with? Thanks.
