This is not the greatest cocktail shaker out there, that’s for sure. Had trouble getting the top off after mixing a drink. Had to put shaker in freezer for a few minutes in order to get the top off. So if you are in a hurry to drink your drink, this is not the one for you.

I haven’t used the strainer yet but everything seems to be in good working order. Some reviews for similar products mentioned leaking when shaking drinks. I didn’t have any problems with that. I had no problems with receiving the item in a timely manner.

There’s nothing deluxe about this shaker, but it’s well made, doesn’t leak, pours easily and completely and is easy to clean. Used correctly it get’s really cold, so you may want to use a towel when you shake it. You can find shakers that cost twice as much, but they won’t do the job any better. It’s small; you’ll get just two drinks out of one mixture.
